Professional Background
Dmitry Lev is an experienced litigator known for handling high-profile cases and for his 20-year jury trial track record in Massachusetts Courts. He founded the Lev Law Firm in 2006.

Attorney Lev is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York, as well as before the United States District Court and United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, where he has held leadership roles with the Solo Small Firm Law Practice Management Section Council, and the Boston Bar Association, where he served as co-chair of the Consumer and Education Committees of the Bankruptcy Section.

He takes pride in mentoring and teaching, and is involved with the Massachusetts Attorney Mentoring Program administered by the Supreme Judicial Court Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being. He serves as a recurring judge in several local and regional Mock Trial tournaments, and sits on the Massachusetts Bar Association Mock Trial Committee which oversees the annual statewide high school competition.
Attorney Lev has taught at Northeastern University School of Law and regularly appears as a guest speaker at area law schools, universities, and high schools. A versatile educator, he has even taught elementary school students about the workings of the Electoral College.
He has appeared as a legal expert on the radio and has been quoted on a number of legal issues and his high-profile cases in regional and national publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, BusinessWeek, and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. He has been recognized by the peer-nominated SuperLawyers rating service as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer (2020-2025) and previously as a Massachusetts Rising Star (2009-2017).

Attorney Lev graduated with honors from Roger Williams University School of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His professional background includes information technology, finance, and education fields. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of three nonprofit organizations and currently serves as Treasurer of the Board of a nonprofit cultural school.
